The upper age limit for riders is 16 although there is a weight limit. The Donkey Sanctuary recommends a limit of 8 stone.
However I have reduced this further to 7 stone to allow for the weight of the saddle.

The donkeys are vetted annually and the equipment is inspected before a licence is issued.
They are wormed every 3 months.
A farrier trims their hooves approximately every 8 weeks. They do not wear shoes as they do very little road work.

They are vaccinated annually.
They are all micro chipped and have passports.
We are covered by Public Liability and 3rd party insurance.
